EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All products purchased through our branch or online store are warranted against manufacturer’s defects.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged for an identical one. If the product is discontinued, it will be exchanged for an equivalent product.

Under no circumstances will money be refunded.

As per the regulations of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), exchanges or returns of mattresses are not accepted.

Product exchanges only apply if there is a defect in the manufacturing, mechanism, and/or function of the product. In this case, Slopebed commits to repairing or replacing the product with an identical or similar model, depending on availability in stock.

WARRANTIES

The products you will find at Slopebed come with a warranty issued by the manufacturer.

The structure of the Slopebed system has a lifetime warranty and all electronic components (computer, actuator, manual control and voltage source) have a one-year warranty.

The warranty is provided with the purchased product(s), so we recommend you to review it in detail to understand the procedure to make it effective. If you require support, remember you can contact us at info@slopebed.com.

Currently, Oslopebed does not offer a satisfaction guarantee, so once the delivery is made, the customer cannot exchange any product for this reason.
